Steve has 22 years of professional experience in land development, construction/project management, land use and transportation planning, and Real Estate services. His experience has included work as a private consultant and as a government employee. This work includes serving as Realtor from acquisition, to Site Planning, and once approved, he Manages the design and construction through project completion and recordation. He has performed this on a variety of projects including single and multi-family residential developments, assisted care facilities, industrial developments, as well as numerous commercial projects. As Project Manager for A Team Land Consultants, Steve is responsible for contract negotiations, and for meeting contract deliverables in accordance with all project schedules, along with Planning and Design, Construction/Project Management, and Real Estate Services. Key projects are Touchmark Retirement Center, Falcon Crest Golf Course, Legacy Subdivision, Tamarack Resort, Merlin Pointe, and White Cloud Subdivision.
