I am Jared Horsley. I have been a Professional Real Estate Agent for 15 years. I started 17 years ago working for a builder and selling new construction homes. After 18 months, and 600 homes sold,I learned what a house was really made of. I created a 14 step process to help clients go from contract to close on a new construction home. When that was successful, I knew I could sell real estate on my own. I worked with a large franchise company for several years paying for all their trainings and programs to be successful. The education was great. The experience was awesome. Since then I have applied what I learned. I have had real estate teams, trained new agents.ran my own brokerages, and helped a lot of people reach their real estate goals. I specialize in 4 areas; helping home buyers, home sellers, Investor buyers and sellers, and new construction.
