Ann Marie and Tasha are a mother/daughter full service full time real estate team serving the Treasure Valley area of Idaho. Ann Marie and Tasha enjoy working together and make a great team as they are able to play off on each others strengths and weaknesses, delegate tasks, always be available for clients. With them you get two for the price of one. They are professional, ethical, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Their love of helping people and families find or sell their homes is evident.
Ann Marie graduated from the Alaska Business College as a certified legal assistant. Ann Marie went on to pursue a career in the fast-pace world of commercial insurance. Earning credentials as a CPCU, AAI, and CIC along the way. Her clients loved and trusted her for her knowledge and helpfulness. She was always the go-to underwriter.
In 2015 Ann Marie obtained her Alaska real estate license to be ready for her retirement career. She chose to work at a company that had a large military/veteran clientele because she loves helping the men and women that serve our country. Real estate was a great choice to transition her honed insurance skills. Skills including sales, negotiations, marketing, attention to detail, contracts, exceptional service, and time constraints. The bonus is still able to help others achieve their dreams.
In 2018 Ann Marie retired from her successful 37-year career in insurance and followed her family members that had moved to the Treasure Valley. She obtained her Idaho real estate license to continue her real estate career. Her oldest daughter Tasha Joiner, also obtained her real estate license.
Tasha was born and raised in Anchorage, AK. After spending a decade as a radio broadcaster, honing her communication and people skills, she switched gears and started a successful career in the commercial insurance industry. Here she developed a strong affinity for solving problems and helping people while cultivating skills in sales, negotiations, and marketing along the way.
Now that she has happily transplanted herself in the Treasure Valley, she would love to put those skills to work for you and help guide you in either your search for your home or putting your home on the market.
