Kerri Gardner, a Realtor in the Idaho Falls area, along with her husband, Randy Gardner, have been licensed general contractors in the State of Idaho since 2004, with an emphasis in renewable energy and off grid power applications.
Kerri has also been involved in rental house development and property management since 2012.
Kerri and her husband Randy are now moving into the real estate sales market and designing off grid living situations. Their past experience gives them an excellent basis for working with new home buyers and investors.
