Since the beginning of her real estate career in 2014, Trayce Ghislain has made it a priority to provide her absolute best service to her clients, finding joy and motivation in the happiness she receives from her clients. Trayce says, “I thoroughly love what I do!” Originally from New Jersey, Trayce Ghislain and her family moved to the Treasure Valley in 2006 and haven’t looked back since.

Having had a background in a sales role for many years prior to real estate, knowing how to actively listen to her clients has been an essential skill she’s used to set herself apart from other agents. Outside of a real estate transaction, you’ll likely find Trayce riding one of her 6 horses,
spending time with her family or playing with her 7 dogs. As an animal lover, she chooses to donate a portion of her commission proceeds to help horses in need at Orphan Acres, an Idaho non-profit for abandoned, neglected, abused and malnourished horses as well as Best Friends Animal Sanctuary located in Kanab, Utah. Occasionally, when she finds some free time, Trayce also enjoys walking through the Botanical Gardens, visiting the Indian Village in Caldwell and exploring the mountains (yes, all of the mountains)
